A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reliable Engineering Manager to join a renowned manufacturer in the Lift area.

With no day ever being the same the Reliability Engineering Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

Create a reliability centred maintenance plan and roll this out into day based labour plan
Responsible for budget control within engineering reliability department
Develop condition based monitoring systems
Drive cost control and sustainability actions through the engineering department
Identify issues with machine reliability and create continuous improvement project plans in order to resolve these difficulties moving forward
Support future CAPEX plan development through CMMS data analysis
Manage department and individual KPIs, conducting performance reviews where necessary

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Extensive man management experience
Minimum of 5 years experience with FMCG industry
Project and continuous improvement experience
Experience with condition monitor, efficiencies and compliance
